“If you pass the written test, bring your admit card; I’ll call to recommend you,” says Fazlur Rahman

Kishoreganj-4 MP Advocate Fazlur Rahman said, “How many boys in this village are passing the retake exam but could not get a job in the viva. They did not get a job. As soon as they pass the retake, take the admit card to me. I will give it to you wherever you call.”

He made this statement at a public meeting organized at Amirganj-Jantaganj Bazar in Mriga Union of Itna Upazila on Monday (September 21) afternoon.

He said these things mainly to urge local job seekers to contact him for necessary assistance after passing the written exam.

Fazlur Rahman also said, “Whenever he passes the retake, I will tell him where he can get a job for that boy.”

He further said, ‘I have some specific work to do, these are humanitarian works. Some people are very helpless. They are sick themselves, their wives, children are sick, let me know about these. I will take them to Dhaka and make arrangements for treatment at a very low cost. But if someone gives money to a leader and takes a recommendation to me, and it is proven, then I will not do your work.’

Bangladesh Supreme Court lawyer and former Kishoreganj District BNP Vice President Advocate Umme Kulsum Rekha, Itna Upazila BNP President SM Kamal Hossain, General Secretary Siddiquzzaman Thakur Swapan, Senior Vice President and Chairman Monir Uddin, Personal Assistant to the Member of Parliament Enamul Haque Mollah, along with leaders and activists of BNP and its affiliated organizations were present at the time.
