Madrasa Teacher Accused of Attempting to Rape Madrasa-girl After Showing Her Explicit Videos on Phone

Police have arrested a madrasa teacher named Mohammad Ali on charges of attempting to rape a 7-year-old girl student by showing her an obscene video in Bhaluka, Mymensingh.

After the father of the victim filed a case in this incident, the police of Bhaluka Model Police Station sent the accused to jail on Wednesday afternoon, November 4th.

Earlier, Bhaluka Model Police Station arrested him from a Qawmi madrasa named ‘Madrasatut Taqwa’ located in the Kashar intersection area of ​​Habirbari in the upazila.

Arrested Mohammad Ali is a resident of Kachua area of ​​Bagerhat. He is a teacher of the Bengali department of the said madrasa.

It is learnt that the victim is a second-grade student of the madrasa. On the morning of November 2, while she was teaching a class, Mohammad Ali took the child away from her and displayed his penis and tried to rape her by showing obscene videos on his mobile phone. At one point, the child managed to escape.

When he returned home and told his family the details, locals arrested Mohammad Ali and handed him over to the police. During initial questioning by locals, it is learnt that the accused teacher admitted to the truth of the incident.

Meanwhile, after the incident, the police conducted a raid on the madrasa and seized various types of sexually stimulating halwa, books on tantra mantras, magic books, pictures and amulets with the mantras of more than a hundred customers, and a large amount of poetry paraphernalia.

Kabiraji was carrying out various anti-social activities by bringing various victims under the guise of nominal education in the madrasa.
